The Stellar Industries D1037 Flow-Control Valve is an electrohydraulic proportional priority valve for compatible Stellar hydraulic systems. Identified by model EHPFD16N10-0-12, it provides regulated hydraulic flow from 0–10 GPM using a 12-volt DC proportional solenoid.

Its pressure-compensated design maintains consistent priority flow as system pressure and load conditions change. Excess inlet flow is diverted to a secondary circuit or returned to the reservoir after the priority-flow requirement has been satisfied.

The Stellar D1037 valve electronically regulates hydraulic flow to control the speed of a crane or other proportional hydraulic function. Increasing electrical current increases regulated flow, while decreasing current reduces it. If electrical power is lost, the regulated-flow section closes.
