The Stellar Industries D0612 Flow Divider is a Prince RD-112-30 pressure-compensated hydraulic flow-control valve. It provides an adjustable controlled-flow range of approximately 0–30 GPM and operates at pressures up to 3,000 PSI.
This valve divides incoming hydraulic oil between a controlled-flow port and an excess-flow port. Once adjusted, it maintains a nearly consistent controlled flow despite pressure changes, helping regulate the operating speed of hydraulic motors and other equipment functions.
What This Part Is Used For
The Stellar D0612 valve directs the selected amount of oil to the controlled hydraulic circuit while sending the remaining oil through the excess-flow port. The excess flow can operate another circuit or return to the hydraulic reservoir.
It can also function as a restrictive flow-control valve when installed in an approved circuit with the excess-flow port properly blocked.
