The Stellar Industries 14115 Manifold Assembly is a hydraulic load-control component for the extension circuit on compatible Stellar 6620 telescopic cranes. It incorporates a Sun Hydraulics CBBD-LJN-XVN pilot-assisted counterbalance valve.

The assembly controls oil leaving the extension actuator, helps hold the boom extension securely, and prevents uncontrolled movement caused by an overrunning load. It also allows free flow in the opposite direction through an internal check-valve circuit.

The Stellar 14115 manifold regulates hydraulic flow during boom extension and retraction. Its counterbalance cartridge maintains back pressure for controlled movement and opens through pilot pressure when the operator commands the extension system to move.
