Milwaukee Toolkit Giveaway Disclaimer

This giveaway is being conducted by One Stop Truck & Equipment (referred to as "the Sponsor"). By entering, participants agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of The United States, who are18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

  2. No Purchase Necessary: Signing up for the One Stop Truck & Equipment newsletter is the only requirement for entry. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win.

  3. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted starting on 11/25/2024 and ending on [end date at time, e.g., 12/20/2024, at 11:59 PM PST].

  4. How to Enter: Sign up for the Sponsor's newsletter via homepage splash screen or footer of website. Only one entry per person is allowed.

  5. Prize: One winner will receive a 5-piece Milwaukee tool kit (approximate retail value: $799. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

  6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on 12/20/2024 and will be notified via email. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If no response is received, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

  7. Social Media Disclaimer: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.

  8. Privacy: By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purpose of this giveaway and future communications from the Sponsor and it's affiliates. Data will not be sold.

  9. Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues outside its control.

  10. Right to Modify: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at its discretion.

 

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.
