Requirements
Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience.
Production welding experience.
Proficient in welding steel and aluminum.
Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
Basic layout and mechanical assembly skills.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Responsibilities
Safely handle and position steel or aluminum materials onto fixtures and jigs.
Perform MIG welding in accordance with print specifications.
TIG welding experience is a plus, but not required.
Ensure fabrication meets quality and customer expectations.
Log job times and maintain organized, up-to-date records.
Follow all shop safety and administrative policies.
Perform additional dutues as assigned by management.
