Requirements
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Mechanical and electrical skills and experience preferred.
Prior experience in automotive assembly or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong mechancial aptitude and an understanding of assembly techniques.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Must have own hand and air tools to perform duties.
Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum.
Responsibilities
Assemble body systems according to established procedures and specifications.
Inspect components for defects or damage, and report any issues to the supervisor.
Test and verify the functionality of assembled systems and components.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or process inefficiencies.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to manufacturing standards.
