Parts Associate
The Parts Associate plays a key role in organizing, managing, and fulfilling parts needs for customers and internal teams. This position involves inventory management, processing orders, handling incoming calls, pulling and shipping parts, and ensuring the wareshouse stays organized and efficient.
Requirements
Previous experience in a parts, warehouse, or automotive/trucking environment preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Basic computer skills (order entry, inventory systems, Microsoft Office).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Team-oriented with a positive and dependable work ethic.
Responsibilities
Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts and supplies in the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts.
Answer phone calls and assist customers with parts inquiries.
Process customer and internal parts orders accurately and efficiently.
Pull and prepare parts for delivery, shipping, or customer pickup.
Package and ship orders using proper methods to prevent damage.
Work closely with service and sales teams to support parts needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist with walk-in customers at the parts counter as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
